Scope
These terms cover your use of the HNMX Technologies website. Use of our products and any custom development work is governed by the separate written agreement we sign with that customer, which takes precedence over anything on this page.
Information on this site
We describe our products as accurately as we can, and we label features that are still in development as roadmap items rather than current functionality. Product descriptions here are for information; they are not an offer, a warranty or a contractual commitment.
Intellectual property
The content, branding and design of this site belong to HNMX Technologies. Ownership of software we build for a customer is agreed in that customer's contract.
Acceptable use
Please do not use the enquiry form for spam, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it.
Liability
This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
