Who this covers

This policy covers the HNMX Technologies website. It does not cover data held inside our products for a customer — AluEstimator, DealerOS or SchoolERP — which is governed by the agreement with that customer.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your company or institution, your email address, an optional phone number, the type of enquiry, the product you are interested in, and your message.

We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site, and we do not set cookies for those purposes.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to continue that conversation. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service, which processes the submission in order to pass it on to us. Our email is handled by our email provider. We do not share your enquiry with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email records for as long as we may reasonably need them for the business relationship. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hnmxtechnologies@gmail.com and we will action it.
